Welsh Government funding, including the Delivering Transformation Grant and Intermediate Care Fund, has provided the opportunity for us to develop a range of service models that attain new levels of quality and responsiveness. We are always looking to promote these and encourage take-up of similar arrangements in other parts of our region and further afield.
